Our plug & play audio and video conference system, integrated with Microsoft Teams, ensures seamless hybrid meetings. Connection is quick, and your online meetings will run smoothly without interruptions.

Wi-Fi

With our secure high-speed Wi-Fi, we provide fast and stable internet access in all meeting rooms and areas.

Sound System

The BOSE sound system ensures crystal-clear audio for your video conference participants, and it allows you to play music and sound at the highest quality. The ceiling microphones enable clear communication, even for those sitting in the back rows.

Lightning

We have partnered with lighting expert XAL to create the perfect lighting concept for each room. Every space has been specifically analyzed and illuminated to ensure a comfortable lighting atmosphere, even during long meetings, preventing eye strain and fatigue.

Air Conditioning

Each meeting and workshop room is equipped with its own individually controllable air conditioning system. This ensures you stay cool and comfortable, even on hot summer days.

Whiteboard & Pinboard

We provide mobile whiteboards and pinboards for the meeting rooms. Some rooms are already equipped with wall-mounted whiteboards. Additionally, our smart PIXEL rack solution with an integrated whiteboard is available for use.

Workshop Trolley

In workshops and meetings, having the right materials is essential. Our workshop trolley is equipped with all the tools and supplies needed for focused and creative results. You’ll find flipcharts, pens, moderation cards, sticky notes, notepads, marking points, and much more.
